Life in Cuba has been tuff and challenging.
Diani’s dream is to be a flight attendant, to travel outside Cuba, see the world, meet people and learn about new cultures. Her aunt keeps telling her it is impossible because she is too big already as a girl, and is likely to exceed the appropriate hight for this profession.
I had the privilege of giving her the opportunity to play around as a stewardess in an airplane with her kid friends on the streets of La Havana. Diani was so full of energy and joy during that evening and said she gained confidence and hope for her future dream.
